1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unworn and unused.
- Item must be in original condition with all tags attached.
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must not be washed, altered, or damaged.
Items failing the above conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

- Provide your Order ID, mobile number, and reason for return.
- Our support team will verify eligibility and schedule a pickup.
- The product must be packed securely for pickup.
Once the product reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a quick quality check before approval.

- If the returned product passes the quality inspection
- If the product was defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered
- If the return request was placed within the return window

Refund is to be issued as credits to your D’Avarrio Wallet only.

6. Exchange Policy
Hassle-free exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
Exchanges are allowed once per item for the same or a different product, size, or color of equal or higher value (price difference must be paid).

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

- We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement
- If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued
9. Return Shipping Charges
Return pickup is free in cases of defective or wrong product delivery. For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, minimal pickup fees may apply.
