Cancellation Policy — D’AVARRIO

We value every order placed at D’AVARRIO and work hard to process and dispatch your products quickly. This Cancellation Policy outlines the guidelines and conditions for cancelling an order.

1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To request cancellation:

  • Contact us immediately at 96545 04407
  • Provide your Order ID and registered phone number
  • Our team will verify and confirm cancellation via call or message

Once the cancellation is approved, a confirmation message will be sent to your registered mobile number.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped or is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return or exchange after the delivery, following our Refund & Return Policy.

3. COD Order Verification & Auto-Cancellation

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • We may contact you for order confirmation
  • If unreachable after multiple attempts, the order may be auto-cancelled
  • Repeated refusal of COD packages may limit future COD availability

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If you cancel before the order is shipped, payments will be refunded in:

  • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
  • Bank transfer (for COD orders)

Refund may take 4–7 business days to reflect depending on your bank/payment provider.

5. Order Modification

Changes such as:

  • Updating delivery address
  • Changing size or color
  • Modifying quantity

Are possible only before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified.

6. Failed Delivery Attempt

If an order is not accepted or the delivery address is incorrect, the package may return to us. Re-shipping can be done with applicable shipping charges.
