At D’AVARRIO, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If your order does not meet expectations, our Return Policy outlines the eligibility, process, timelines, and conditions for returning items.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for return if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is returned within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • No alterations or damage has been done

Items that fail these checks will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products purchased during sale/discount events
  • Used, washed, or damaged items
  • Items without original packaging or missing tags
  • Customized or altered pieces (if any)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Contact us at 96545 04407 with your Order ID
  • Share the reason for return
  • Provide clear images if required
  • Our team will verify and schedule a pickup

Please pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit.

4. Pickup & Quality Check

After your pickup is scheduled, our courier partner will collect the product within 2–4 business days. Once the item reaches our facility, it undergoes a quick quality inspection.

If the product is approved, we move forward with your refund or exchange.

5. Refund Method

Refund is to be issued as credits to your D’Avarrio Wallet only.

Why No Bank Refunds?

We’re a proud bootstrapped brand, and every purchase fuels our passion to craft premium quality pieces just for you. Instead of bank refunds, we issue credits into your D’avarrio Wallet, so your support stays close to home, powering the style you love and helping us create more of what you wear with pride.

6. Exchange Policy

If you need a different size or color, you can request an exchange. Exchanges depend on the availability of stock.

If your desired size or color is not available, you may choose a refund or store credit.

Exchanges are allowed once per item.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share photos/videos of the product & packaging
  • We will arrange a free pickup
  • A replacement or full refund will be provided

8. Return Shipping Charges

Return pickup is free for defective, damaged, or wrong items. For size exchanges or customer preference returns, a minimal pickup charge may apply.
