Thank you for choosing D’AVARRIO. We work hard to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of all orders. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery process, estimated timelines, charges, tracking, and important customer guidelines.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities, towns, and serviceable pin codes across India. If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you for alternate delivery solutions.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote / Outskirts: 6–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary during sale events, holidays, festivals, or weather-related delays.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after successful payment. COD orders may require additional verification time.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: Free on all prepaid orders
  • COD Delivery: Minimal COD fee may apply
  • Remote Location Charges: Additional charges may apply depending on courier availability

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation message
  • Courier partner name
  • Tracking ID / link

Tracking information may take up to 12–24 hours to update after shipment.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the package may be returned to us.

For re-shipping, additional delivery charges may apply.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Orders may be delayed or returned if the address is incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable. Please ensure that your complete address details and active phone number are provided at checkout.

8. Damaged or Open Delivery Package

If you receive a tampered, damaged, or open package:

  • Do NOT accept the delivery
  • Report it to our support team within 24 hours
  • Share clear photos of the package and product

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

9. Delays Beyond Control

Delivery may be delayed due to events such as weather conditions, courier issues, natural disasters, strikes, or holiday rush. D’AVARRIO is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.
